Kiki de Montparnasse accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our collections, items that show signs of wear or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the provided return packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
